Seixal Villa has two independent houses (Villa A and Villa B) and each house has a beautiful barbecue area that invites our guests to eat outside. This accommodation is located on the north side of Madeira Island.

Seixal Villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, from the north coast until Ponta Delgada and the top of the Veu da Noiva  waterfall.
The house has a fantastic location with sea view and you will hear the birds singing, away from traffic noise. the holiday house is also only a few minutes walk to the sandy beach. Short trips take you along the coast to other great places or up into the mountains and forests. This house is the perfect place for those who want to live in a beautiful little rural village. In Seixal you will find couple of restaurants, as well as cafes.

Seixal:
Seixal is 7.5 km west from São Vicente. Already from far away you can see the houses of about 1200 inhabitants. Almost every one has a garden with vines, which are bought in September by the large wine companies for the production of Madeira wine. As far as agriculture is concerned, mangos, avocados, but also figs and sugar apples grows on the fertile soils of the region. Surrounded by gigantic rock formations that open the gate to the sea, the idyllic village has a wonderful natural landscape surrounded by vegetable fields, vine terraces and laurel forests. The village captivates with its charm and tranquility, which you will surely find in Seixal. Seixal is a beautiful village with an excellent black sand beach. Seixal also has two natural pools less well known, but at least as spectacular as those in nearby Porto Moniz. These lava pools have crystal clear water.

In Seixal you will find restaurants, as well as cafes.

The municipality of Seixal also includes Chão da Ribeira. You should also visit Chão da Ribeira, which is located in a large valley, overlooking Seixal. From here, you can enjoy the laurel forest, classified as a nature reserve by UNESCO, or observe the trout in their natural habitat and enjoy a typical meal.
