CASA DA FAJÃ is located in one of the best climatic areas of the island of Madeira. The house was built at the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. It is at a height of 60 meters and offers a dazzling view of the bay and along the coast of Madeira. CASA DA FAJÃ is located in a quiet rural area. It is situated alongside a banana-plantation. It is just a 35-minute drive from the airport and 25 minutes from Funchal.
CASA DA FAJÃ offers high quality lodging. It consists of four spacious rooms; two of them are junior suits, which can accommodate a third person. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with marble flooring and washhand basins in addition to excellent balconies with spectacular sea views.
A spacious open area of 90 m2 encompasses the entry hall, dining room/breakfast room, living room in addition to a large grass-covered balcony. Everything is magnificently decorated. The modern style of the living room combines beautifully with regional traditional style antique mahogany wood furniture (in the past this wood has come from LAURISILVA forest - sponsored by UNESCO)
A communal kitchen, fully equipped, is also available to all guests.
CASA DA FAJÃ contains a swimming pool with a natural water treatment system. It is situated at the top of a cliff overlooking the sea and magnificently framed by grass areas, whinstones walls and beautiful flowerpots full of exotic Madeira plants and flowers.
The house has private parking spaces for five cars.
